Pete Pulaski boasts an Exercise Science Degree from Sacred Heart University, with over a decade of experience in strength & conditioning, elite hockey performance, as well as programming nutrition for athletic performance. He has worked with hundreds of high-profile athletes over the years while working at Yale University, and with Prentiss Human Performance. He then went on to open up his own gym in 2016, where he has successfully worked with numerous NHL Players & other Pro Athletes from across the country. He is also currently Director of Sports Performance for Men's & Women's Hockey at Sacred Heart University.

Dani is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach & has a bachelor's degree in Kinesiology from the University of Wisconsin. In her 5 years of working for PSP, she has worked closely with our professional athletes during our summer elite program and has designed hundreds of programs for our youth - college-level athletes.
During the '23 - '24 school year, she was a professional intern for the Sacred Heart University Strength and Conditioning department. During her time at SHU, she was in charge of writing & implementing the workouts for the men's and women's track & field teams and assisted with the women's basketball team.

Colin Birch is a Senior Exercise Science and Biology student at Sacred Heart University with a passion for strength and conditioning and human performance. He has experience working with a wide range of athletes across multiple sports and levels of competition. Colin is especially interested in the physiology and science behind developing elite athletes and enjoys applying that knowledge to practical training sessions. His main goal is to help athletes achieve their goals of becoming stronger, faster, and more well-rounded.
