Our program revolves around the newest concepts in the strength and conditioning field.
We are dedicated to pushing the bounds of our athletes’ potential in their pursuit of their sports performance goals.
During the summer we incorporate strength training, plyometrics, sprinting, and skating into our training
WHAT WE OFFER
WEIGHT TRAINING OPTIONS INCLUDE 2, 3, OR 4 DAYS A WEEK FOR THE DURATION OF THE ENTIRE SUMMER
ALL PACKAGES INCLUDE POST WORKOUT NUTRITION WITH PREPACKAGED ENDURAPHIN PROTEIN SHAKES
ALL PACKAGES INCLUDE WEEKLY MOBILITY CLASS WITH DR. MIKE FROM STRIVE2LIVEWELL
HOCKEY PLAYERS: ON-ICE SKILLS SESSIONS WILL BE HELD MONDAYS & WEDNESDAYS WITH IPH HOCKEY
THIS WILL REQUIRE AN EXTRA ADD-ON THAT CAN BE SELECTED AFTER CHOOSING YOUR TRAINING PACKAGE TO COVER ICE FEES FOR THE SUMMER
